Debra is a qualified fitness instructor, wellbeing coach and meditation teacher with a deeply rooted belief that true fitness goes far beyond exercise and eating. Real, lasting change happens when the mind is in the right place first. Strength begins in the mind – well the brain actually!

As the days grow lighter and the weather warms up, our live fitness events will return throughout spring and summer. This is where you’ll find all the dates, details and ways to get involved.

Our in-person exercise sessions are held in Westgate, just outside Margate, Kent. We currently offer four distinct classes designed to suit a range of fitness levels and preferences:
Each class combines movement, music, and motivation, helping you stay active, strong, and energized in a friendly, supportive environment.

Our online courses are designed to be short, focused and easy to follow — lots of short one module courses up to no more than four modules each. They cover a wide range of topics, from everyday wellbeing to simple, practical biology that helps you understand how your body really works.
Everything is built around five core pillars: Eat Well, Rest & Restore, Mindset & Meaning, Habits & Daily Life, and Body Matters. Together, they create a solid foundation for feeling stronger, steadier and more in control of your health.
Alongside the courses, you’ll find our signature Bite Cise sessions. These are smart, time-efficient 20-minute sessions: start with a 10-minute workout, pause for a quick drink, then return with your brain switched on and those feel-good hormones flowing.
You’ll receive practical Bite Cise wellbeing tips and simple hacks you can use straight away. Movement first, learning second — because that’s when it really sticks.
