  • Sessions are fully tailored to you, creating a balanced and flexible approach to your overall wellbeing.
  • Coaching takes place at our peaceful home by the sea in Westgate. On sunny days, we use the garden; when it’s cooler, we move into a cosy studio. It’s not a gym, but a relaxed and welcoming space to build confidence and learn the fundamentals.

 Combo Group Coaching

  • We offer a variety of group coaching options, from empowering strength-based courses to calming movement sessions and wellness workshops.
  • Regular short, in-person sessions focus on specific topics such as ageing well, gut health, brain health, and more.
