Join us in Westgate, near Margate, for our live Combo Classes. Currently, we offer four sessions: Combo Box – Tone & Box, Combo Band (resistance band), Combo Strength, and Combo Chair (Chair Exercise and Resistance Bands).
Each class combines exercise either—boxing, resistance bands, or dumbbells, and seated routines—giving you a full-body workout that’s fun and effective.
There’s something special about being in a live class: a shared, supportive space with others on the same journey to get fitter, stronger, and healthier. It’s not just exercise—it’s energy, connection, and joy combined in every session.
Combo Club is our outdoor fitness and wellbeing events which will be held locally in Westgate and Margate. These will include Combo Walking, Combo Breathing and Combo Coffee Club – all sorts of exciting events, some of which will be free!!!
A simple, easy-to-follow boxing routine with no complicated moves or jumping around. Enjoy straightforward arm and leg exercises, plenty of breaks for a breather or drink, and a soundtrack of classic tunes to keep you moving. Can be done seated, making it a perfect upper-body workout for all levels.
Using resistance bands, this class gives you a full-body workout that tones and strengthens your muscles. It’s a perfect introduction to strength training and can be done seated if needed. When the weather’s nice in spring and summer, we even take the session outdoors in the garden for a fresh-air boost!
A gentle upper-body dumbbell workout set to classic tunes from back in the day. We finish with a well-earned, full-body stretch to leave you feeling loose and refreshed. Again, when the weather allows, this class is taken outdoors in the garden for a refreshing change of scenery.
This class combines stretching with resistance band exercises to target both your upper body and legs. It’s designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility while toning muscles and supporting overall body balance. Gentle yet effective, it’s suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted to seated or standing positions, making it a versatile addition to your fitness routine.
There are a few ways you can pay for the classes, PayPal, Credit Card, Cash or our unique Combo Credit
The first three options cost the same but buying multiple Combo Credits you will save money. A Combo Credit costs the price of one class but by buying multiple Credits you will get a discount, buy your credits and then book your class.
