About Us

Phil and Debra were internet dating pioneers back in 2006! They married in 2013 and moved to the seaside in 2016 to run a café—until Covid closed it, inspiring Debs to train as a fitness coach.

Phil is a trained breathwork coach, does the gardening, great at DIY and is a tech geek!!

Debs has always loved exercise but struggled to find exercise classes that weren’t exhausting or intimidating.  This is why she developed Combocise, short exercise sessions that can be combined to make a full body workout. 

Deb’s is a fitness coach and runs several live classes in Thanet, so if you’re anywhere near Margate get in touch.

Why The Combo Coach?

The Combo Coach and the Combo Method were born from a simple realisation: most people struggle to balance their health and wellbeing because solutions often focus on just one piece of the puzzle. Diets promise results but ignore strength and movement. Exercise programs push fitness but overlook mental wellbeing or lifestyle habits. The Combo Method changes that.

We take a truly wholistic approach, combining live classes, an exercise portal, and personalised coaching that covers everything from nutrition to stress management. It’s about more than just working out; it’s about building sustainable habits that support your body, mind, and life.

What makes us different is our flexibility and focus on the individual. Whether you thrive in one-to-one coaching, group sessions, or exercising and learning at your own pace through our online resources, the Combo Method adapts to you—not the other way around. Each component works together, so strength, cardio, flexibility, and mind-body practices all complement each other.

We believe health and wellbeing shouldn’t be complicated or intimidating. By combining proven strategies into the Combo Method,  you will be empowered to move, nourish, and care for yourself in a way that’s realistic, effective, and, most importantly, enjoyable.
